Came well packaged, with a cold pack, though it was obviously no longer cold, the chocolate was still not melted. Taste was great, a very nice and smooth chocolate flavor, with a sweet tasting filling, andhad that crunch you hear about. The only issue for me was that it is pretty pricey but it¡¯s also a good size chocolate bar.
